ART.215 Prismatic Intermediate Jaw with Step Jaw Plates for Gerardi Standard Series Vices

The jaws simply slide into the base and clamp using the pressure from the movable jaw. The intermediate jaw can be used for claming cylndrical workpieces in vertical or horizontal positions, or as a step jaw for through hole drilling/tapping.

When using with a Standard Series vice, the fixed jaw can be reversed to use the step on the rear of the jaw. The movable jaw should be replaced with the ART218 pristmatic step jaw.

ART215 jaws are hardened to 60 Rockwell and all working surfaces ground within 0.01mm.
