Zero adjuster, height 50 mm

For setting machine reference points
The adjusting device is placed on the workpiece and the tool (eg milling cutter) moved towards the spring-mounted contact surface until both pointers on the dial indicator are at zero. The lower edge of the tool is now positioned at exactly 50 mm ± 0.01 mm. The reference dimension of 50 mm is entered into the machine control system.
Caution: Process may only be performed while the tool is stationary.
Base body and probe insert are case-hardened (60 HRC) and finely ground
