Increase your productivity with hydro-pneumatic clamping and Gerardi workholding automation solutions. Gerardi AUTOMATION KITS can be retrofitted to all Standard Series vices or supplied with vices as a complete solution.

Hydro-Pneumatic clamping: vice jaw actuation is controlled by a power unit with pneumatic control and single effect cylinder.
1-4 vices can be operated independently.
Compatible with Gerardi Standard Series Vices.
Supplied with 1 operating switch per cylinder/jaw.
Jaw actuation controlled by hand switch as standard.
Also available with solenoid valve electromagnetics for CNC contolled operation.
Consistent clamping forces which can be pre-set.
Up to 4 movable jaws can be operated with 1 power unit.
